November, 2003

Quilt Escape in November at Shawnee State Park was great! The weather in southern Ohio at this time was perfect for the a mid-day walk in the park in between lunch and class. My workshop "More Currants and Coxcombs" was a huge success. Cindy and Drew had treats and prizes for everyone. Quilt shop venders had an endless supply of fabrics and week-end specials. The breakfast, lunch and dinner at the lodge dinning room were delicious along with popcorn and hot cider during "Show and Tell" Saturday night. What a wonderful way to take a quilt class in the fall. To learn more about the next Quilt Escape 2004 go to www.quiltescape.com.
